Thinking of purchasing a new Polaris ranger check out the warrenty!! it sucks. Had to replace my transmission 8 months old, 35 hrs of neighborhood use. $1,550.00 out of pocket after transmission making loud whinning noise and burning oil to a crisp, that Polaris said was normal, and would not honor any type of warranty coverage. Check out the fine print before you buy one of these machines. Polaris sucks!!!
 P.S. I love this machine so much I am going to buy another make and model to take with me in case I ever decide to use this off road, so I can tow it home in one piece.

I have a 2008 Polaris ranger 700 xp with 34 hrs on it. Just taken down to Iron City in Phoenix Az to diagnose a loud whinning noise.Possibly due to a bad clutch, at birth. Any one else with this issue? Keep me posted as I will the form. Curly Phx Az

We drive our Polaris Ranger all over at speeds up to 55 MPH. Has anyone heard of any problems or issues for extended high speed driving?
